Belarus preparing dossier on sites to be included in UNESCO Heritage List

Belarus is preparing a dossier on five sites that might be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, which currently includes the Mir and Nesvizh Castles, the Struve Geodetic Arc and the Bialowieza Forest National Park.

Among the sites that might be included in the UNESCO List are the Augustow Canal, the Holy Transfiguration Church in Polotsk and the Kalozha church of Sts. Boris and Gleb in Grodno. The dossier is planned to be submitted to the UNESCO World Heritage Centre till 2020.
