At this moment in the capital's cinema "Moscow" hosts the opening ceremony of the film festival The ceremony began in three languages - Belarusian, Russian and English. In the program of the national competition there are 24 films. This is a record. Traditionally, the government officials awarded a special prize of the President of Belarus "for the preservation and development of traditions of spirituality in cinema." This year it was awarded to the People's Artist of the USSR, the actor of Kupala Theatre Gennady Ovsyannikov.
