The meeting of the two ministries featured representatives of St. Petersburg, Krasnodar Territory, Rostov, Kaliningrad, Bryansk and other regions of Russia. The document provides events in museum and library projects, theater, art, cinema. Special attention will be paid to the key cultural events of Belarus such as “Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk” and the cultural forum in St. Petersburg. Also this year the Days of Russian Spiritual Culture will be held in Belarus, and in 2020 the Days of Culture of Belarus in Russia will be held.
In addition, the plan includes events dedicated to the most important dates of the general history. In 2020, as part of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, work will be completed on the restoration of the Brest Fortress and the creation of the Rzhev Memorial to a Soviet soldier in Tver Region.
