Host Darya Lukashenko tells about main task of TV show "Heroes"

According to the program host Darya Lukashenko, the main task of the TV show "Heroes" is to show how children and teenagers can become real heroes. This unique project supported by the Presidential Sports Club has been launched on TV channel Belarus 1 this autumn. The participants of the extreme show are children aged 14-16 engaged in fire and rescue sports. They are all divided into teams of three heroes. At least one girl must be in each squad. Together, the teenagers have to overcome an obstacle course.

The Presidential Sports Club and Belteleradiocompany nurtured the idea of the project for quite a long time. At first, we thought to do something similar to Sportlandia, but ultimately, we decided it was not the format that would suit the modern youth. And we came up with an idea of combining the propaganda of fire and rescue sport and some kind of extreme TV project. The organizers did a tremendous job. They went to international competitions in fire and rescue sport to see what extreme designs are used there. They modernized them and added them to the project as tests. But probably the main idea of this project is not just to promote fire and rescue sports, but to show how children and teenagers become real heroes. And not only kids from big cities, but from all over Belarus, from every small town."

The sports and entertainment show "Heroes" is broadcast on Sundays on TV channel Belarus 1. The 10th issue is scheduled for November 20 at 14:00.
