The author of the publication personally spoke about the idea of creating the book, basic theses and symbolic dates. A lecture with Belarusian students and history researchers was held in the conference hall.
The publication of the book is timed to the centennial of independence of Finland. Over a year, more than three thousand festive events took place, both in the country itself and in other countries. The History of Finland is translated into 15 languages. The Belarusian edition was translated by Olga Rizmakova.
