Finals of Festival of National Cultures to coincide with National Unity Day

The renewed organizing committee of the Festival of National Cultures has the main task to raise the status and prestige of the festival. The project, under the patronage of the government and Grodno Region Executive Committee, started on September 11 in Minsk and will finish next year in Grodno. The concept and the scenario plan of the festival needs a fresh look, and extraordinary ideas should be actively discussed today, noted the organizing committee. This includes expanding the geography of participants, bringing the Belarusian diasporas abroad to the festival. The idea to move the final from June to September is also discussed, so that the Festival of National Cultures became a bright component of the National Unity Day.
