The IV Festival of Arts of Belarusians of the World will start in Minsk on September 19. More than 200 participant, representatives of the Belarusian diaspora from different countries, came to the event. The novelties and features of the cultural forum in 2023 were discussed at a press conference with representatives of the Ministry of Culture and public associations of Belarusians abroad on September 18.

The budget provides assistance to the producers of Belarusian culture. National costumes, literature and our Belarusian symbols are purchased so that they and Belarusian culture could be promoted in the regions where Belarusians live.
The festival program overlaps with the events timed to the Year of Peace and Creation. The main event will be a gala concert in honor of the opening of the creative forum. You can see the Belarusians of the world on September 21 at the Minsk Palace of Culture.
