It is the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus that have been on the front line for 100 years now. Today it is a harmonious, highly mobile organism that solves unique peacetime combat tasks in peacetime.
On the eve of the landmark date, various festive events took place in the country. By tradition, the President takes part in them. But this time - instead of being present at the celebrations - the Head of State preferred to familiarize himself with the military life to see how their weekdays are going. Alexander Lukashenko visited unit 54-48 in Minsk.
