President sets task to overcome decline in oil refining industry

The share of oil refining in Belarusian industry and exports is significant. It is understandable that the state invested considerable money in modernizing the refinery, but there is still no due payback. Control over the modernization of Belarusian refineries, as well as other strategic projects, was assigned to the newly appointed assistant to the President, Alexander Kosinets.
