Those, who were present in the Oval Hall say that the presidential message the program of development of the country in the near future was very specific and important.
This is the most important socio-political event of the year. Deputies and diplomats, officials and experts, security forces and business, journalists and common people listened attentively to the speech in the Oval Hall, on TV and radio, in the internet and even in social networks.
The President's message was aimed at protecting the state sovereignty of the Republic of Belarus. One of the most important issues is security.
Belarus is the center, the point of stability and security in Europe. It is ready to offer a platform for cooperation.
The key priorities in economy are employment, wages and prices. The average salary should be 1000 rubles. Housing and communal services tariffs should be billed transparently.
Business conditions should be improved.
Vladislav Shchepov, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Economic Policy of the House of Representative of the National Assembly of Belarus:
"Key decisions should be made as soon as possible because the business is waiting for these decisions, waiting for improving the investment climate, reducing the pressure fr om the inspection bodies, and they have changed their principles of operation."
The modern economy is unthinkable without the four piles of its foundation. The first pile is science.
Vladimir Gusakov, Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences:
"The main thing is efficiency, so we need to work on different areas - and in the field of mechanical engineering and materials science, biotechnology, agricultural technology, etc. science should be at the forefront of economy".
Another objective is computerization from e-government to the IT-country.
The objective for life expectancy was set at 74 - 75 years old. And this is not a lim it. None of the key social programs will be curbed.
The President’s main idea and objective is consolidation of society. The people, the Parliament and the wide public should act as a single healthy organism.
