Principal conversation with President on development of regions

The week began with a principled conversation with the President about the future of the regions, and therefore the whole of Belarus. Alexander Lukashenko has already drawn the attention of the government to the fact that the country is developing unevenly. Any qualitative gap between the center and the regions leads to split points in society and global problems.

Therefore, the task for the governors and the Council of Ministers is to make the life of people equally comfortable in cities and regions. Investments, new ideas, promising productions are necessary for the development of regional centers. The human factor, initiatives, energy and personal qualities are no less important. The global goal is to bridge the gap in the development of regions, to tighten up lagging areas.

The development of regions is inextricably linked with the sphere of agriculture. After all, the Belarusian soil feeds the entire country. That is why the sowing campaign was hotly discussed. Here the responsibility is also on the government, which needs to promptly solve emerging problems in conjunction with the governors.
