Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko has met with Thailand’s Ministers of Commerce and Industry to discuss conditions for the implementation of joint projects.

Thailand maintains the status of one of Belarus’ most important foreign trade partners in South-East Asia with representative offices of Belarusian Potash Company and Belshina operating in the country’s market.

Today, the parties have agreed to increase mutual trade turnover threefold at least up to 300 million dollars in the next few years.

Negotiations are underway on supplying MAZ tractors and buses to the Thai market. The vehicles are planned to be assembled in the territory of one of Thailand’s industrial parks.
