Agriculture, construction and trade increased, while there is a decline in industry, transport and communication. The economy is slowing down due to non-favorable external conditions and forced austerity measures. Exports fell by almost a third. GDP for the first quarter decreased by 2 percent, due to the problem of low efficiency of a number of enterprises, and the shortcomings of production and marketing policies.
