Belarus brings down refinancing rate

The refinancing rate in Belarus is reduced from 15 to 14 percent per annum, the National Bank said Tuesday. The decision to further reduce the rate was made by the Board of the National Bank in connection with inflation slowdown and the positive trends at the currency markets.
