The new edition of the law on customs regulation was discussed today at the public consultative council of the State Customs Committee. The landmark is the Customs Code of the EAEU. It still defines all types of payments. The national legal framework gives more preferences to business and thereby develops international trade. The main goal is that clearance and border crossing take minimum time, in addition, it is necessary to move from paper documents to electronic documents. The new version describes different forms of declaration.
No payments will be enforced unless the decision is made within five years from the due date. And the payer will be able to receive information on the balance on a written application.
