Shchuchin Milk Processing Plant turns into major exporter

Private capital plus innovative production resulted in hundreds of new jobs. This formula was successfully applied by Shchuchin Milk Processing Plant. As a result, in two years the plant has become the major exporter of the country. The Belarusian brand is already known in 26 countries of the world, and China is the main consumer of its products. The President also urged for support of such enterprises during the annual message to the Belarusian people and the parliament. Creating new jobs is a priority for the government. 

All the processes at this enterprise are fully automated. Serum production occurs with little or no human intervention. All the main indicators are displayed on the monitors. And in the event of any abnormal situation, it can be easily corrected by pressing the "mouse".

The company operates around the clock and in order to maintain such a regime, highly qualified personnel is required.

The President of the country spoke about the need to create high-performance jobs. According to the head of state, the innovative production will receive  support from the government. 

The plant in Shchuchin was built as an import-substituting enterprise, but in two years it became the country's major exporter. This year they plan to start the production of new types of products, which will create dozens of high-performance jobs.
