The corresponding statement was made by the Minister of Trade Valentin Chekanov. Foreign citizens, who have visited our country, will be able to return the VAT sums paid in duty free areas in the Belarusian banks.
Tax Free functions will be served by the Belarusian Customs Service in partnership with the Belarusian Mail and ASB Belarusbank. During 30-40 days they will develop software, which will unite them all. The locations of Tax Free system will be defined next fall.
