The cooperation agreements with five constituent entities of the Russian Federation and Mogilev Regional Council of Deputies were signed this morning within the framework of the 5th Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia.
The main event of the second Forum Day will be the Fifth meeting of the inter-parliamentary commission of the Council of the Republic and the Council of the Federation.
