Three-day working visit of governmental delegation to Bashkortostan and Tatarstan results in almost 4.5 billion Russian rubles worth of contacts

Contacts worth almost 4.5 billion Russian rubles is the result of the three-day working visit of the governmental delegation to the two Russian regions of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan. The industrial cooperation is filled with new agreements. A particular attention is paid to machine tool engineering. Companies from Ufa and Kazan are interested in working together here. Both regions expect to increase trade turnover with us due to import substitution components. Belarusian parts are well integrated into Russian machine building. The government has more than one other Russian region in its plans. 

Kazan is the middle belt of our eastern neighbor. Volga region and the status of the third capital of Russia. And this brand is officially registered. So all the claims of other major cities have faded into oblivion. And with the status of Kazan became the center of sports games and business negotiations.

The government delegation's visit to Kazan is an audit of the existing projects. We are, of course, looking for new ones and we find them. The import substitution is now a priority. Today we are already talking about a common industrial cluster. 

The development of manufacturing industry today is impossible without modern machine tool industry, says the Belarusian Prime Minister. And this region is rich in natural resources. So the renewal of the  production lines is simply necessary. Our country has kept a school of such units and factories. And now there is a high demand for the product. 

The microelectronics enterprises of the two countries are now being united for mass production as well. Its details are being discussed at business meetings as well. One of them was a business forum. The work was in full swing. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry said that it was easy to assemble a delegation in Kazan. There were 23 companies. The desire of Belarusians to establish a foothold here with their goods or find an opportunity to make a common one was met with new agreements. As a result, contracts worth 2.5 billion rubles were signed. And this is just the beginning. We also have a plan for the supply of products for the next year.
