Belarusian mechanical engineers testing crawler-mounted harvester

By Olga Kholodovich: The crawler-mounted harvester is used in fodder conservation and grain and corn harvesting. In addition, it is one of the most popular export models. About 300 Belarusian harvesters with a capacity of 8 kilograms per second are operating in the fields of Russia’s Amur region. A trial batch of crawler harvesters has been delivered to Kyrgyzstan. Delivery negotiations are currently underway with China. Given the model popularity, the Gomselmash company has developed a more powerful harvester with a capacity of 10 kilograms of grain per second. The new model will be presented in September.
