All countries today face an important task to find new sources for growth. This was stated by Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko in an interview with "Main air."
"Development only through efficiency and modernization of different industries is quite limited. A real breakthrough or a qualitative leap can be achieved through the creation of fundamentally new industries, or through new scientific findings, technologies, which are breakthrough or advanced on a global scale," emphasized the Prime Minister. - We achieved effective implementation of investment projects aimed at the expansion and modernization of existing production facilities as well as the creation of small projects in the regions. For example, our program "One Region - One Project" is generally moving successfully, and everything is normal on this circuit. Of course, we need to strengthen control over timing and quality".
Roman Golovchenko noted that the main question posed by the President of Belarus was how to ensure that large-scale projects appear in the country on a regular basis and how to make this process a natural result of purposeful work.
