Belarus and Russia develop common industrial policy

26 февраля 2023

Minsk and Moscow are building a common industrial policy. The basic principles are stipulated in the agreement: manufacturers of the two countries will work under equal conditions. The parties also discussed the government procurement, recognition of technological operations and financial support for promising areas.

Belarus works for the assembly lines of GAZ, KAMAZ, Ural and Rosselmash. Last year the export of industrial products to Russia increased by half. We expect new contacts this year as well, following the results of the international exhibition "Innoprom" in Yekaterinburg and bilateral negotiations in the Russian regions between our enterprises and the relevant officials.
