This was announced today at the Presidium of the Council of Ministers. The Government plans to redistribute the allocated money in favor of the most effective state programs. At the same time, the volume of direct lending is decreasing. According to the results of the year 2018, it will be less than a percent of the GDP. Special attention is paid to two state programs: innovative development and development of small and medium-sized businesses.
Certain programs are observed in the state program of road maintenance. The task of repairing at least seven thousand kilometers is completed by only 20 percent. Under the program comfortable housing only one third of the tasks have been executed.
