This year, the startup was acquired by Google. And this was the first such deal in Belarus, which gave impetus to the country's transition to the norms of international law. According to IT-entrepreneur, the decree opens opportunities for motivation of employees. When creating a start-up, it is possible to become the owner of a part of its shares. If the project succeeds, their cost will grow.
