Belarus counts on new IMF credit

The new program of cooperation between IMF and Belarus is ready. This statement was made by the First Deputy Minister of Finance Maxim Yermolovich. He hopes that will soon agree on the main positions in its implementation. However, the official pointed out: "With a view to global situation and the pressure imposed on the International Monetary Fund the possibility of starting a new program with Belarus is limited." The Belarusian side understands this and, nevertheless, is willing to cooperate with the IMF mission.

At the Belarusian-British Investment Forum in London it was announced that Belarus is going to issue Eurobonds for 1bn USD.
