Belarus and Russia agree on gas prices in rubles

A step toward strengthening the allies' economies was made. Belarus and Russia have agreed to form gas prices pegged to the Russian ruble by the end of the year.  The agreement was signed today in Moscow by the heads of relevant ministries.  Viktor Karankevich and Nikolai Shulginov also discussed the formation of a common gas market - this is one of 28 allied programs.
