Belarus and China exchange experience in developing fair competition

23 сентября 2019

Belarus and China will exchange experience in developing fair competition and improving the legal framework for consumer protection. This is the main goal of the Memorandum signed today by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus and the General Directorate of Market Regulation of China. The sides agreed to consider cases of violation of antitrust laws, analyze markets and the effect of transnational corporations on them. The Chinese partners invited Belarusian colleagues to educational seminars and the IX Forum on Competition Policy, which will be held in China next year.

MART has signed memorandums on mutual understanding and cooperation with the competition authorities of 11 countries in three years. This year they plan to sign three more agreements with foreign partners.
