Stimulation of business initiative, employment, coupled with liberalization of legislation, are new advantages of the domestic economy. The mutual turnover to 200 million dollars is the task for Belarus and Georgia. Today Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov spoke about this at a meeting with Georgia's First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kumsishvili. The parties have a wide range of interaction projects: industry, agriculture, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, humanitarian cooperation. Georgia is one of our most important partners in the region. And the Belarusian-Georgian business forum, which today gathered businessmen from two countries in Minsk, has become a place for the exchange of ideas, experience and proposals, as a joint effort to achieve the goal.

Our rescuers help to extinguish forests in Georgia directly from the air.

Dmitry Kumsishvili, First Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development: "It is a great honor for me on behalf of the Georgian people to thank these people for standing next to us in extinguishing this fire."

The well-coordinated work of our rescuers and the reliability of machinery can be the decisive argument in the desire to buy Belarusian equipment for fighting fire for the Georgian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Over the past year, the two countries traded for $73 million. Our food products are in demand in Georgia: meat and dairy products, and Belarus buys Georgian wines and mineral waters, fruits and vegetables.

At the end of November, our delegation was in Tbilisi. Then they discussed new projects. The conversation continued today in Belarus in the Government House. It is clear that the economy is at the forefront. But in addition to trade, today they talk about joint projects. Today, 15 representative offices and subsidiaries of Belarus operate in Georgia.

Tomorrow, the program of the visit of Georgian guests includes the Great Stone industrial park, Ozherets agro-town and the Development Bank. In March, the Georgian-Belarusian business forum and business council meeting will be held.
