Agroindustrial week opens in Minsk

4 июня 2013

Agrarian Technologies Week starts in Minsk today. BelAgro will gather agrarians, industrialists and scientists from around the world - from the USA to Singapore. The international forum reflects the achievements of the Belarusian agroindustrial complex and demonstrates the prospects of the sphere.

Evgeny Pustovoi reports: This is the first Belarusian-Dutch agricultural forum and the first international exhibition Belfarm-2013. The most productive cows, the Taste Champion and the best products of the Belarusian food industry will be chosen. The program will also include the demonstration of modern equipment in action, the performances of folk collectives and workshops. The National Academy of Sciences will present innovations in the agricultural sphere.
Singapore is participating in the forum for the first time. Within one year alone, the product export geography increased by 10 countries. A total of 46 countries of the world are familiar with Belarusian food products. These are, first of all, CES and Customs Union colleagues.
The geopolitical location and the constant development of the Belarusian agroindustrial complex determine the international interest to BelAgro. New cooperation stages are expected from this meeting. The organizers promise to turn the agroindustrial week into a show.
