Belteleradiocompany continues preparations for Eurovision-2017 International Song Contest. On April 1, a greeting video of NaviBand, the official representative of Belarus at the contest, will be produced.

The shooting will be divided into two stages. The European Broadcasting Union adopted the following approach for the first time: the first part of the video shall be produced by each TV company from 43 member states at its home country, while the second one will be shot in Kiev in May. The videos have to convey sincere emotions of the performers.

"For the first time the national TV companies were allowed to produce part of the greeting videos of the contestants, so we will try to include as many sights of Belarus as possible: from the National Library to Mir Castle. We plan to shoot a sufficient amount of video material so that the organizers of the international competition had a choice, and could successfully integrate our greeting video into the spectacular song forum. In the video NaviBand will be engaged in their favorite hobbies: skateboards, barbeque and naturally singing on the stage,” said director Yuri Yaroshik of Belteleradiocompany sharing his creative plan.

The international Eurovision-2017 song contest will be held on May 9 - 13 in Kiev. NaviBand will perform on May 11 in the second part of the second semifinal.

The TV channels of Belteleradiocompany - Belarus 1 and international satellite television channel Belarus 24 - will traditionally broadcast live two semifinals and the final.
