This year’s Eurovision Song Contest postcards will be recorded in two stages. The first part of each postcard will be shot by the TV companies of the 43 participating countries. The second part of each postcard will be shot by the contest organisers in May, when all the delegations arrive in Kiev. The postcards will focus on the artists’ sincere emotions.>
