The channels of Belteleradiocompany will transmit the XXI Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver. 162 hours of Olympic broadcast from Vancouver will be aired on the First Channel and LAD. This will include the opening and closing ceremonies, most spectacular competitions and daily Olympic outlooks in the "Olympic Diaries".
Belteleradiocompany has always been an exclusive broadcaster of the Olympic Games in our country. Sport amateurs will be welcome to follow the live broadcasts of the hockey matches, biathlon races, ski jumping and freestyle tournaments, the recorded and edited versions of the sport events that will be broadcast in the most convenient time for the viewers accounting for the time zones. The traditional "Olympic Diaries" and "News" reports will present the outlooks of the day and provide the fans with the opportunity to peep into the Olympic backstage.
Three-week television marathon starts on the eve of the Olympics 2010, on February, 12 when the First Channel will show the first "Diary" in the evening air.
