On January 11, Belteleradiocompany completed an open audition of the participants of the national qualifying round of the International song contest Eurovision-2018. The professional jury selected 11 finalists.

By tradition, Belteleradiocompany carried out an online broadcast of the audition at the official website tvr.by. Performances of the contestants can be found in the section "Special Projects" at https://www.tvr.by/special/evrovidenie-euro2018/.
The final of the national selection will be held not later than March 1, 2018 in the format of a television concert. The participant of the finals who will score the highest number of points by the results of the voting of the professional jury and the audience voting will be declared the winner of the project and become the official representative of the Republic of Belarus at the international song contest Eurovision-2018 in Lisbon (Portugal).
