The names of the hosts of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 are announced. On November 25, Yevgeny Perlin, Zena (Zina Kupriyanovich) and Helena Meraai will appear on the stage of Minsk-Arena. The opening ceremony of the music forum on November 19 at the National Exhibition Center BelEXPO will be hosted by Denis Dudinsky and Anna Kviloria.
Dozens of applications from Belarus and from abroad were received for the casting from those wishing to become the face of the highest-rated music show of the year. The expert group of Belteleradiocompany together with the EBU studied the videos of all the applicants and identified those, who fit the overall concept of the competition most harmoniously.
Now the hosts are actively preparing for the show: attend numerous rehearsals and improve their English. One of the preparation points is a stylish photo session. Famous photographer Anna Gert portrayed the hosts in accordance with the symbols of Junior Eurovision-2018. The constellation includes the host of new an entertainment projects for Belarus 1 Yevgeny Perlin, representative of our country at Junior Eurovision-2017 Helena Meraai and the finalist of several national selection rounds for "Junior Eurovision" Xena (Zina Kupriyanovich). They will have a difficult task: to work on the main stage for a huge audience of television viewers and to communicate with the participants in the Green Room. The showman Denis Dudinsky and the host of the TV-morning project Anna Kviloria will launch the competition at BelExpo Exhibition Center.

The creative team of the TV News Agency will take the viewer behind the scenes to show in details how the representative of Belarus Daniel Yastremsky is getting ready for the show. The exclusive “Diaries” will feature interviews of all the contestants and shots of their rehearsals, specifically for the audience of Belarus 1. In the first series ATN journalists will tell, where the foreign delegations will live, what the young performers have for breakfast, and show how their video presentations were produced. The premiere will be shown on October 28 on TV channel Belarus 1, at 20.15.
All fans of Junior Eurovision still have an opportunity to purchase tickets for the general run on November 24. It will be absolutely identical to the final gala concert and will also takes place in the "live" mode. During this rehearsal, the jury will award points that will be announced live during the final.
The organizer and coordinator of all the events of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 is the National State TV and Radio Company of the Republic of Belarus as the only member of the European Broadcasting Union in our country.
