On January 1, 1956 newscaster Tamara Bastun for the first time turned to TV audience of Minsk: "Good evening! Happy New Year! We start our test broadcasting…". It was the first year of Belarusian television. Today Belarusian TV is one of the biggest broadcasters in Europe, the company is equipped in accordance to modern standards and only the best professionals work there.

	TV Channel "LAD" TV Channel "LAD" originally established itself as the country’s first family channel. Its core focus was on culture. Several seasons later, the initial concept somewhat modified.

	Belarus-TV International channel created to cater to viewers abroad. The main objective is to give fast and accurate accounts of Belarusian goings-on and achievements in various fields.

	NTV-Belarus NTV-Belarus tries to stick to NTV principles as much as it can. It support the worthy quality level achieved by NTV thanks to modern digital broadcasting equipment and team professionalism.
