Belarusian cycler of Team Columbia Konstantin Sivtsov breaks collar bone during the second stage of cycling race Tour de Pologne.
The Belarusian athlete managed to finish and went to hospital straight away. Hamburg physicians confirmed that the bone is broken. Sivtsov planned to take part in the start of the Vuelta on August 29. 3 other Belarusian cyclers Alexander Usov, Vasily Kirienko and Andrei Kunitsky.
