OSCE Ministerial Council to open in Belgrade tomorrow

The OSCE Ministerial Council will focus on Ukraine’s conflict resolution, the fight against terrorism and the role of the OSCE in addressing the European migration crisis. Belarus’ Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei will speak at the OSCE Ministerial Council plenary session on the country’s approaches to European security.
