Zelensky signed another law opening the widest scope for abuse. The country will now confiscate the property of citizens, who support the Russian special operation.
Since the notorious "support" is an abstract category, it can be imputed to anyone, especially if they have attractive property. Victor Medvedchuk's fate is proof that the Ukrainian authorities are ready for arbitrary rule. He turned from an oligarch into a prisoner simply because he had no time to escape.
The same fate may threaten former President Poroshenko. He was accused today of collaborating with Russia. The fact that the politician owns a huge amount of property must have played an important role.
