Vandals destroy monuments in Riga and Kiev

The war with the monuments continues. Another report came from the battlefields in Latvia and Ukraine.  In Riga and Rumbula the government inspired vandals managed to destroy the statues installed in memory of the fallen Soviet soldiers.  The Latvian authorities are in a hurry. In spring they compiled a list of tens of names - these monuments have to be destroyed by November 15.

Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin became the victim of vandalism in Kiev.  The bust, which was installed 120 years ago and cast for money collected by teachers, was thrown down from its pedestal by unknown local nationalists. They are likely to remain unknown: the police does not search for the barbarians. According to graffiti, Pushkin was avenged for some Ukrainian officer who was killed a few months ago.
