Estonian logistics, metallurgy and timber industry to suffer due to termination of imports from Belarus and Russia

Turkey has refused to join the anti-Russian sanctions. Such a decision, as explained by the official representative of the President of the country, is based on economic benefits. Ankara has openly communicated its position to Western countries and met with understanding among them, the Turkish authorities specify.

Estonia calculated the damage from stopping imports from Belarus and Russia

The damages caused by complete cessation of imports from Belarus and Russia have been calculated in Estonia. Such actions could cause a loss of €860 million to the country, reports the local broadcasting company, citing the report of the Development Monitoring Center. It is noted that logistics, metallurgy and timber industry will suffer greatly. 

Shortage of instant noodles in Latvia

And in Latvia, the consequences of the sanctions policy of the authorities are already felt by everyone. Even soups and instant noodles have disappeared from store shelves. Previously, these goods were purchased from Russian and Ukrainian producers. Now there are no imports from Russia, and supplies from Ukraine are difficult. Latvian residents have expressed their dissatisfaction to the local press.
