The Ukrainian refugees in Lithuania are losing a roof over their heads due to the imminent start of the tourist season in Palanga. The landlords suggested that hundreds of Ukrainian women with children should move out by May 1, and 200 more people will have to find a new home by June 1. The situation with jobs in the region is very bad, and prices of rented apartments at the beginning of the tourist season begin to grow rapidly. The Ukrainian refugees pin their hopes on the local authorities, but they do not yet see ways to solve the problem.
