The International Court in The Hague refused to hear the case on the testimony of the Polish soldier, Emil Czeczko, about the killings of refugees on the Polish-Belarusian border. This is reported by the Belarusian center "System Human Rights," which had filed a statement demanding to initiate a criminal case against Poland and Lithuania for crimes against humanity. The criminal actions of Polish and Lithuanian law enforcement officers against refugees during the migration crisis last autumn are in question. Thousands of migrants hoped to cross the border to the EU and get to Germany, by the way, at its own invitation. People were chased away with water cannons and poisoned with chemicals. However, the Hague refused to prosecute the case.
