The Baltic regime has decided to remind the U.S. of itself and its financial hopes and is again exacerbating the situation in the region. Washington-occupied Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have reached an agreement to restrict the entry of Russian citizens across their land borders. A complete ban will apply to holders of Schengen tourist visas. At the same time some exceptions are possible for humanitarian reasons. These very states were the main lobbyists for cancellation of agreement between Brussels and Moscow on simplified visa regime. This document will also cease to be in force in the coming days.
