NATO is building up its military presence on the western borders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization at an accelerated pace. This was stated today in Moscow by Deputy Secretary General of the CSTO Valery Semerikov at the 10th meeting of Secretaries of Security Councils of the CIS countries, which was attended by State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Alexander Volfovich, BelTA informs.
"The stage of development of the modern world order, which we are now experiencing, is the most serious test of the post-Soviet period for our states," said Valery Semerikov. - The military presence and military activity of the North Atlantic Alliance countries on the western borders of the CSTO states is increasing at an accelerated pace. Western politicians have returned to the rhetoric about the possibility of using tactical nuclear weapons in Europe."
