Business circles of Belarus and Latvia to discuss further cooperation today

Today, the business circles of Belarus and Latvia are going to discuss further expansion of the cooperation. The key topic of the meeting is port services and doing business in the Liepāja Special Economic zone.

Yesterday, the head of the Belarusian government - Andrei Kobyakov - met with the Prime Minister of Latvia - Māris Kučinskis - where the two leaders discussed the interaction of the two countries in various fields, including logistics.

Latvian ports are interested in increasing the transit of Belarusian petroleum products and attracting goods from the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park Great Stone. The expansion of investment cooperation was also on the agenda.

Today, the Latvian delegation will visit the Great Stone industrial park, as well as the Belarus High Technology Park in Minsk.
