First meeting of Tripartite Contact Group this year to be held in Minsk today

The Tripartite Contact Group on settlement of Donbass will meet for the first meeting this year. The meeting is traditionally preceded by negotiations of four subgroups on economic, political, humanitarian issues and security. The previous meeting took place in the Belarusian capital on December 19. One of the key issues is the exchange of prisoners and the truce.
