New Minsk agreements discussed in Brussels

Because of the talks in Minsk the summit of the heads of the European Union in Belgium had to be postponed for a few hours. President of France Francois Hollande said that the leaders of "Normandy Four" are going to discuss the implementation of Minsk  agreements next week.

Yesterday,  German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande took part in Minsk summit "Normandy Four" . The result of 15 hours of talks in Minsk was the signing of a document on complete cease-fire on the 15th of February in Ukraine.
