President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting with security officials on 26 December, urging state agencies to ensure public security during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
According to Security Council State Secretary Stanislav Zas, a proven algorithm of emergency actions for the police, Emergencies Ministry, utility service providers and other agencies has been in use in Belarus for many years.
