The People's Republic of Bangladesh celebrates Independence Day

The People's Republic of Bangladesh celebrates Independence Day. It is observed since 1971, after the end of the war for separation from Pakistan. Alexander Lukashenko greeted President Abdullah Hamid on the holiday. The Belarusian leader expressed confidence that the relations of friendship and trust are the solid basis for long-term mutually beneficial cooperation in between Belarus and Bangladesh.
