Ghost voting in U.S. parliamentary election

The vote count in the U. S. does not do without some strange even mystic things. Thus, two Democrats who died shy of the elections were re-elected to the House of Representatives. In Pennsylvania, the former congressman from that state, Anthony DeLuca, who died on October 9, got 85% of the vote. The situation is similar in Tennessee. Barbara Cooper, who died on October 25, "won the race" in the 86th congressional district.

And it could take another month to tally the final results of the Senate election. In Georgia, votes are being counted for the senator's seat and authorities are expecting a runoff. They need 50% to win, but so far none of the candidates have done so. If the Democrats and Republicans are tied in the Senate, the second round in the state will be decisive in determining which party will control t Congress.
